Purpose
The Swiss Trust Company Library is being developed as a reference on companies, trust relationships, regulation and practical administration. Its aim is to make important distinctions easier to understand and the underlying material easier to find.
Publisher and commercial connection
The publication is maintained by First Fidelity Trust AG. Fidelity Trust provides corporate and fiduciary services and has a commercial interest in the subject matter. Links to its main website identify that relationship openly.
This is a company-published reference. It is not a regulator, an official register, a university or an independent academic institution.
Scope
Articles provide general explanations and research starting points. Applying an explanation to a particular company or transaction requires an assessment of the facts, relevant documents and current law.
